SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipping is free to all domestic addresses with every purchase.  Standard shipping usually arrives in 2-3 days for most addresses.  Expedited overnight shipping is available for an additional fee.  For all international orders please contact us to complete your order.

RETURN POLICY

Any unopened and unused orders can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. We only accept returns for items purchased on sentialgem.com. If you’ve purchased a SentialGem® product from a retailer — please contact that retailer for their return policy.  In order for us to process your return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All gift cards and select merchandise are final sale. 

 

How do I receive a return or exchange?

We hope you love your SentialGem products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. To return your order, please reach out to sentialgem@gmail.com with your order number and which products you’d like to return.  Customers are responsible for sending the return shipping costs.

 

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at sentialgem@gmail.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return. 

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. 

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
